If this was a 3 star hotel the rating would have been higher as that’s what it is. I simply cannot fathom why this is rated as a 4.5 star hotel. Service is what makes highly rated hotel stand out. We only stayed for 2 nights. Very friendly front desk and valet parking staff, they were all wonderful.
