"Awesome staff!!"

"We loved the SUPER nice staff at this hotel and appreciate that it felt clean and had a great breakfast. That said, we'll never stay at this hotel chain again. When we checked in, the front desk offered to give us a late checkout, so we took a noon checkout. The next morning at 7 AM, when we were sound asleep, someone tried to get into our room; only the chain stopped them. Happened again at 8 AM. We looked in the hallway, but there wasn't anyone there; they clearly took the stairs right by our room. We called the front desk to let them know what happened and they said, "No worries! It's only the maid." Why on earth housekeeping is trying to get into rooms that haven't checked out yet--and have late checkouts--is beyond me. They didn't even knock! It completely disrupted our sleep and made us feel unsafe. No one should have been entering our room until we checked out. We won't stay at this chain again for anything."

"The building has a nice curb appeal. The lobby is fairly spacious, the staff are friendly. The air conditioning in our room worked fine. The room itself was very old and rundown. Furniture was scratched and had water damage. There was a recliner in our room covered in a fake leather or vinyl. The covering on the arm rests had been stripped down showing the ugly white backing. Linens were old and scratchy, the carpet was old and needed to be replaced. I don’t consider myself particularly picky about my accommodations, old and clean is one thing, but old and rundown is another. I would not stay in this property again. "

"Stayed three nights and housekeeping, never cleaned my room. Went to their casino try to play roulette. The dealer told me without a players card, there would be a one dollar fee for each spin I played. You can’t get a card without ID and my ID was up in the room. Pool was closed. "

"Clean rooms, nice furnishings, fast internet, friendly staff, comfortable bed. One negative thing needs outlets on each side of the to charge your cellphone"
