"Shower/tub was clean but tub needs replaced. Pillow stains washed but still visible? However, pillows and beds were comfortable. Place was out of regular coffee except at free breakfast. We so look forward to in room coffee. Breakfast was ok and coffee was good."

"We always stay here when we visit this area. This property cannot be beat! A nice easy nature walk to the Bitterroot River to watch wildlife is right outside of the door. There is a small pond on the property with waterfowl raising their young in the summer. The fireplace is so nice in cool weather! Everyone working here is always so nice!"

"320 is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy nature! You won’t see people unless you want to and sometimes that’s nice! The property is gorgeous, a true ranch. The breakfast at McGill’s was wonderful and the staff was super friendly. "

"I really liked this hotel. It is an older property and past the noise of the city. It was easy to access, close by some restaurants. It was clean (important), staff were friendly and it was perfect and economical. People might not think to book here because it’s south of the city but if you want peace and quiet this is a good choice. "
