If you are on the first floor there is still a problem with a loud whistling noise everyti.e the outsode doors are opened. We stayes back in Nov. 2025 and the problem existed then also. Almost 5 months and it waant fixed. Staff was excellent, verypolite and helpful. Overall we will continue to stay there when in Mt. Vernon."

"It was very affordable but unfortunately the room we stayed in was not cleaned at all. Very bad odor in the room, bed and pillows were not cleaned still have hairs and stains on sheets and pillows. Went to front desk and told them but they just look like nothing they can do, it’s like oh well. Floors were very dirty looks like haven’t been vacuum or mopped in 3 days. Everything in the room was dusty and dirty. Had to cover pillows with clean towels to sleep and slept over the covers with no blankets. We just stayed because it was very short stay, but never again. "
