"The room was great! Definitely dog friendly. The mattress is Definitely firm. Seems fairly new. If I had to state a complaint the bed is a little hard for my taste. But you can not please everyone!! I was impressed at 3 in morning the staff was sweeping and mopping the reception area!!! "
