"Breakfast was not free, or at least I didn’t pay to have it included, and though I only got a bagel with cream cheese to take back to my room it was excellent! Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, as well as how friendly and accommodating the staff was upon arrival and when recommending places for running or dinner. Only complaint would be that the desk chair was not the most comfortable for extended period of time, and material not so breathable. "

"Property is at the end of downtown. It is a 2 minute walk to the free Bar Harbor trolley that can take you around town and even to the other side of the harbor. But downtown is all walkable from TugBoat. Our room was attached to the Tugboat which is the restaurant. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the shower has some of best water pressure I have ever experienced. Checkin was a breeze and the staff is very helpful in making sure you know your parking options and how to get to your room They provide a map of the property that has breakfast options around town We never had problems with parking at all. The views from our room were incredible as we were actually staying over the water "
