"My man and i were visiting the area for the weekend . This hotel was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. It was also quiet. The room was clean, it took some adjustment to leaving your key in the wall so the room would have power. My only complaint is that the room phone didnt work. I kept trying to call the front desk to request more towels, but the phone never worked. Other than that the stay was great. The breakfast area was always clean and stocked. Next time I'm in the area i would stay here again."

"Staff were friendly and responded to questions via the text feature within a reasonable time. Hotel was over all clean, but we noticed luggage tags in the closet from the previous guest, the kitchen sink and bathroom sink never dispensed hot water; however, the shower did, which was most important. Kitchen and fridge were very clean.The location was pretty great too, would reconsider staying again, but maybe not on the first floor (could hear walking/stomping throughout)."

"Truly from Sarah in reception, to the Lobby bar with a guitarist, to the delightfully relaxing spa and the pool, everyone was gracious & professional! The spa staff was excellent. The room was spacious and spotless. And at my request, our room was feather free."

"ARRIVE is our go-to Austin hotel! Love the texting system to communicate with the friendly staff quickly. On our most recent trip, one of the room's AC was out, but the staff apologized, speedily relocated our party, and comped our parking. Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding in a fun, colorful part of the city!"

"Amazing 1 day stay "

"Well for one the system was done— I was on the cell phone, on speaker with the person helping me. Then was told it was only VALET PARKING $45 a night. I stayed one night but got charged for 2 nights, it was just a mess. The RR too it smelled like pee. "

"The parking is a rip off-paid for 2 hours and then we left to go to a wedding. Then we paid more than twice that for the overnight fee when we returned. They wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to check in one hour early. It was advertised as having a kitchen which consisted of a mini fridge and hot water kettle-not even a microwave. The front desk person was rude/indifferent. And there was thumping music from the restaurant across the street until midnight. I will NEVER stay in a Kasa property again!!"

"The entry of the Hotel smelled so amazing and the color theme of the Downright was so beautiful. My girlfriend was so in awe. The room was giving a retro 60/70's vibe which we all loved. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in and will be booking again! "
