"The hotel is great, the young man at the reception the evening I arrived was friendly and welcoming. However, the room wasn’t clean, the headboard was full of dust and the bathroom floor was full of shoe footprints. The next morning I made coffee and unfortunately I spilled it (not on purpose obviously) I cleaned it up as well as I could and as a courtesy I mentioned it to the front desk and apologized. The response I received from the manager was not what I would expect. As someone who has worked in hospitality for 15 years, my response would have been to say “thank you for letting us know” instead, she was visibly very upset and responded in an angry manner. "

"Room was very nice and clean. I do wish they had usb connectors in the lamps for charging devices. We have stayed here before and came back because it was a great experience. This time was not and we probably will not book here again. Check in lady was very nice, however she didn’t tell us where elevators were for our room nor where breakfast was served. Not a big deal but most hotels will let you know where to go. Breakfast was alright. I said good morning to several employees on the way, front desk and in dining area and was ignored. The omelet was good, except I had to eat my husbands because mine was not what I ordered. Also, the gentleman making them was not friendly not helpful. A lady in the dining that was around the entrance never asked anyone for tickets (that we witnessed) except a family that was clearly Hispanic and didn’t speak much English. The night before, my husband was waiting for me downstairs and just wandering around and was approached by a man very aggressively asking if he needed something and told him he couldn’t be in that area. He was just walking around! Can’t say we have ever experienced being told that before. He wasn’t anywhere that would warrant being treated that way. We noticed the area across the street was a bit sketchy so maybe that’s why but a hotel should Never treat their guests like that. I used to work for Hilton for many years and have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry and this was just unsatisfactory treatment. "

"Generally a nice place but there were signs of wear and maintenance needs including the shower that came out in a dribble."

"We asked and needed extra pillows and we were told there weren’t any anywhere although the hotel was pretty much empty, the bathroom caulking was gross! We won’t be staying again!"

"I chose this place because the pet fee was very reasonable. I was further pleased with the quality of the property. Everything was clean and looked recently updated. Our room was very spacious and clean, with fridge, microwave, and quiet AC. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very acceptable. This place was a great value."

"The staff seemed to be short to handle the occupancy. I was told that the property is being managed by a new company. I did notice the change but unfortunately not for the better. The noticeable area of opportunity was the staff. "
