"This is a beautiful hotel. We knew going into this that we wouldn't have AC. Our room was very warm. They provide a fan but the window only opens a small amount due to the fire code."

"We arrived early and were allowed to do an early check-in, very much appreciated. I gave amenities only four stars, because the pool is not open in the morning until 10 o’clock, so if you wanted to do a pool workout in the morning before you leave, that was not going to happen!"

"There was a maintenance issue that made our ceiling fan inoperable and when I alerted them, they seemed genuinely caring to make it right. It wasn’t a big deal though so hopefully they fixed it once we left. Pool and hot tub next door was great, staff friendly and the breakfasts were a nice touch. Some improvements could be made there (like pouring milk more easily) but no biggie. We’ll return!"
