"Positives: -great, large pool -not far from the beach and centro storico -great, cold AC -big showers and big bathrooms -great rooms with views Negatives: -pool chairs are uncomfortable and needed a cushion -check in. If you arrive at 1pm, you are screwed because they are on break until 3pm. You have to sit in the heat and wait. -if you book through Expedia, apparently you aren't guaranteed an apartment with AC. "Great location very close to Porta Nuova station Great service from all, especially Claudio at the front desk. Big choice at breakfast with friendly staff Easy to walk to the main sights If coming from the airport, you can take the 268 Shuttle Bus (get there as soon as possible after the plane lands as the queue builds up quickly). Turn right as you exit the terminal and it's a short walk ahead. 7.50€ per person and drops you off very close to the hotel. No complaints at all from us!"
