"Room clean, building (inside and out) and grounds well maintained plus a courteous staff. Only thing not liked is the eggs for breakfast they didn't taste like real eggs. Boiled eggs would be a nice addition."

"I could barely wait to write my review. As usual Hampton Inn came through with excellent service. I needed a staycation and it was the perfect place. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous and made my stay very sweet. The breakfast was great to have as I only left once to go to work. The room was clean and everything was fully stacked for our use. There was not a shortage of anything at all. A few names that I can’t fail to mention are Youmika, Terry and the sweet little lady with the grey hair that works in the breakfast lodge. All of them went above and beyond to make sure that all was going perfectly well with my stay. Thank you so much for employing amazing people who truly care. After all their work ethic is a representation of themselves and the company. Thank you! Thank you!"

"Rooms were in terrible condition. There was a constant smell of drugs in the hallway. There was a roach in my bed, drugs being sold in the parking lot. The shower was dirty and the faucet had no water pressure. The cops were called for the room next to mine so all you hear was cursing and yelling. My room was completely different from the room I saw online. I would recommend no one to stay here ever again."

"This hotel is by far the cleanest place with the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered we travel a lot so I have been to many many hotels. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. The room itself was spotless. When you walk into a hotel and you can smell how clean it is and you greeted with a smile that says a lot."

"This is not like other Margaritta Hotels. Our room was nice and clean, but the restrooms down in the main lobby were dirty. Valet parking was not available. The front desk was not friendly at check in. The food at the sports bar had a great club sandwich, but my chief salad was terrible. Tomatoes and avocados were spoiled should not have been served that way. Waitress did her best she was overwhelmed. Not enough staff on hand. We did not use the casino. They didn't have any keno slots or blackjack slots that we enjoy. We will not return to this hotel."
