We arrived late but we had messaged ahead and reception was still open. Check-in was swift together with a recommendation for dinner.
The room was a good size, modern decor with a good shower & bed.
Our only regret is not staying longer than overnight. We had arrived in the dark but in the daylight, wow. Just across the road were the dunes and beach - and what a beach.
So do yourselve a favour, stay longer than one night.

Beautiful, large, spotlessly clean room. Big comfortable bed and lovely bathroom area. Pool area was nice and private. The restaurant offered a good selection of meals. Enjoyed our nights stay.

This is possibly the best motel/travel hotel I have ever stayed in. Clean, well equipped and a free continental breakfast for half the price of nearby accommodation. Do not be put off by the connotations Europeans may have with a "motel", this was on a par with solid 3* regular hotels with the added benefit of parking outside the room.

It is pretty rare for cyclones to come on to mainland Australia so please don't let my review deter you from visiting this area of central Queensland and this excellent hotel in particular. We arrived at the hotel with a cyclone due to make landfall further north the next day. The manager did an excellent job of reassuring us and one night at the hotel turned into three as we followed his excellent advice not to proceed to Rockhampton (hammered by the cyclone) and to allow an extra day for...

A very smart, convenient unit. Room was large with the potential to sleep 4 guests. Nicely decorated and well fitted out bedroom, plenty of plug sockets, excellent shower and a great location being a 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars on the lovely sea front. Highly recommended!

Amazing cabin overlooking the sea and beach front. Very clean and comfortable. BBQ facilities available. Only down side was the washing machines whilst plenty of them the one we used did not work as well as it should clothes were extremely wet on wash completion also expensive to use, a washing powder dispenser would be useful

There was an excellent view of the bay through full length windows in the sitting area and the bedroom.
The kitchen was light and bright. It was great to have washing and drying facilities in the apartment.
