Super accommodation, great sized room. We were there over a week so the room size was important. Seating on the terrace overlooking the lake and by the pool in the sun. Very friendly staff.

We drove from Temuco and found the hotel without difficulty. The location was stunning with beautifully cultivated gardens and delightful walks along paths laden with spring flowers and shrubs. The views across the lake were fantastic. The staff were more than welcoming. The Bauhaus design suited the location and the glazed outer walls of the lounge, dining areas and bedroom have the fullest advantage to the magnificent views. The rooms were more than comfortable enhanced by wood burning...

This is a very well presented hotel, well maintained and with an attractive garden. We enjoyed having a sofa to sit on in our room. The bed linen was of high quality. So we slept well. And the breakfast was very good. Good attention to detail all round. We did however find that the temperature of the hot water in the shower was tricky to get right as it fluctuated continually.

Excellently located hotel right in the centre of Pucón. Staff are all lovely. Bathroom was perfect, with a good shower. Good breakfast and if you’re lucky (like me) your room will have a view of the volcano. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Cabaña del Lago for a week. Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff who assigned a room in the cabañas next to the hotel. The views of the lake are fantastic and a great place to unwind. The overall service was second to none. All the staff are friendly. The breakfasts were great. The hotel is a 7 minute walk to town which has great resturants. Plenty of places to explore in this locality. I would recommend this hotel with hesitation.
