"Here for 4 nights. Ideal location for Universal studios and the Warner Brothers Studio. Staff very helpful. Only downside were the walls and floors sounded like they were thin as we could hear everything going on to the side of us and above us."

"The hotel itself is nice, spacious good location and the bus/shuttle to Disneyland is great, but the bus could use some cleaning , the seats are runned down and I don’t think they get clean, staff is great. Drivers are fun and welcoming, just the hotel rooms could use some updating , overall good hotel:"
