We booked just a couple of hours before arrival. When we arrived around 4 PM, the place was completely closed. One phone call later, the staff drove over and opened everything up for us. We had a great stay. The private suite was beautiful. The hotel staff were really helpful and they even had vegan milk and cocktails which were difficult to find in Albania. I’d recommend this lovely hotel!

Beautiful hotel and staff were so helpful and attentive, room was spacious, very clean, shower was great, breakfast was fantastic and varied, would highly recommend.

Excellent stay due to the service of all of the staff which was amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was as presented online and the views were breathtaking. The only criticism we would make is the breakfast which was a bit limited to our taste however the staff were accommodating when requests were made. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Sarande!

Reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel itself is nice with good decor and facilities. Private beach is a bonus but didn’t use too much as was too pebbly for me, would prefer sand but personal preference. Position of hotel is great for everything, especially the views of the sunset. Overall would recommend.

Beautiful views of the city, a comfortable room, nice breakfast. I only stayed one night and wished it had been longer. Authentic Albanian decor and helpful service. Would definitely recommend.
