We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach. This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem.

A very unique hotel. The steampunk/underwater theme is perhaps not to everyone's linking, and the location best described as "in the middle of nowhere" - however, full points for trying to be different! Excellent food, no complaints about accommodation, staff, etc.

Comfort and quiet in an idealic location. Good service with a friendly heartfull welcome. The food fir breakfast and dinner were both tasty and satisfying. Recommended.

Rugen is a long trip from the UK but worth it. Binz is a gem, blue sea, white band, very well kept attractive town. The narrow gauge railway runs through the town and this is clearly a major tourist attraction. The room was a surprise having a separate lounge. A shame that it didn't have a sea view but that is a very minor point. The hotel is located on the pro made with direct access to the beach with Baltic deckchairs and nearby beach bar.
