"i reserve a high floor room and did not get it. when i asked they said you need to be here by or before 3PM otherwise you won't get it. What is the meaning of reservation then? High floors means floors above 25 and i got 9 floor. No view as well."

"It was a nice room with a nice view, however the bathroom left a lot to be desired. the shower door only opened to the toilet and there was no safety bar to assist getting in or our of the high tub. The toilet was low. The bed was never made during our stay, nor were the towels freshened. Coffee cups not replaced nor the coffee. I can't believe we paid a resort fee on top of rates. For what? The Chart House was a complete disappointment for the first time ever. NOt worth the price."
