"The staff was amazing, with a late check-in, the driver was prompt, and the room was great. I must've been late to breakfast at 7:15am, but there's a deli/bakery/convenience store across the street and a McDonald's next door, so no big deal. I will definitely stay here again when I need to travel to Juneau! Which seems to be alot any more. Thank you!"

Aviator Suites Hotel Juneau Airport

Aviator Suites Hotel Juneau Airport

10/10 Excellent
"Easy walk from the airport to the hotel. Everything was adequate - you get what you pay for so don't expect anything fancy. Breakfast is NOT included. From the pictures on the website I thought it was, but that was my fault for not reading in full. No pool or hot tub, but I did use the gym every morning. Walking distance to 4-5 restaurants and a nice market with great donuts! I would stay here again - we mainly used it as a place to sleep in between activites."

"They gave us a ride to our cruise as well as picked us up from the airport. Very nice people. Would’ve been nice to have a continental breakfast to make things more convenient, but other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. Super convenient location, close to the big whale monument, which was really neat."

Hotel Halsingland

Hotel Halsingland

8/10 Good
"The lobby was historic. Had nice 3 large windows in the room but only one would open and it didn’t have a screen so flies/bugs could come in. Limited outlets so a power strip would have been helpful. A clock on the wall or by the bedside would have been nice. Hand towels were given but no where to hang the hand towel so it had to be kept on the sink and would fall in the sink basin. Beautiful front porches but no chairs or benches to enjoy the porch. TV was provided but not listing of channels to see what was available. The coffee/tea area was only in main lobby and not in each building. There was a sign that could be put on the door knob requesting Maid Service and we had it on the know before we left at 9am and we got back at 3pm and it had not been service. Trash was not emptied, bed not made and clean towels were not provide. My husband had to go to the main lobby and request clean towels. The buildings were historic and general upkeep had not been provided in a long time. Old paint was peeling and needed some care because of the age. With conveniences and upkeep you would have more guests."
