We spent a pleasant night with our dog in one of their pet-friendly rooms. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was in good working order and the staff were very friendly. This was an excellent value for a night we had to book in a hurry.

Great value. My room was large and spacious. Air-conditioning works wonderfully! Clean. But no amenities — bring your own shampoo, and the Internet worked very slowly. Coffee, hot and cold water were available in their dining room area. Fridge in room, and microwave in the dining room area. What the price was right, and as I said the room was clean and spacious. Very happy with this accommodation

We like to stay here when we come to cape cod with our two Boston terriers. The owner are very nice and will give you everything you need.

Good location - close to beaches, shopping, dining, activities., all parts of the Cape are an hour or less away. Property is fine, could use some upgrades to the unit, but it served its purpose - a place to relax/sleep before the next adventure

Traveled to the cape for a baseball tournament for our son. Chose this property because it was dog friendly and had a townhouse style layout. The room was efficient for the 5 people(three 14 year olds and two adults) plus two dogs. Beds were comfortable in the loft and skylight was a nice touch. Pull out couch was comfortable enough. Yes it’s a bit dated, as you’ll find through most of the Cape but was a complete bargain imo. Pool was open and location was great. There is mini golf, go karts and a arcade across the street along with multiple shops. Around the corner is a great seafood place with picnic tables setting outside for the pups and directly across the street the pancake man serves a delicious breakfast! For us this place was ideal when traveling with kids and dogs. Single entrances, plenty of grassy area for the pups. Great central location too. If you want fresh modern city type hotels; this may not be the right option for you. If your looking for lovely service from the owners, pet and kid friendly comfortable lodging with a true cape cod feel I encourage you to try this place out!

The room was clean and basic. A/C made some crazy noises but hey it was all good. Check the temp on the fridge before putting anything in it. They turn it all the way down. The check in was great and 2pm check in time is great.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. The place is clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

We loved the new shower/bathroom. Landscaping could use some love, but we were in the dog friendly zone. Our door kept having issues with locking/unlocking; the owners assisted quickly each time.

This is a great location with lots of dining, shopping and recreational choices nearby. We loved the loft setup, but the pullout sofa bed was awful. Our keycard deactivated 5 times during our 2 night stay.

MEH. That's a good summary. it was more like a college dorm room at the end of the school year. Sloppy painting, worn rugs, moldy hoses on AC, warped pictures, cracked and dirty tiles. The pool was fairly nice but too much chlorine and the indoor/outdoor "green" rug was actually brown in many areas. Mold? I did not want to walk on it. There was no room service due to COVID but staff were nice. The place was in a busy area but not noisy and was central to lots of things. Bring your own pillow - theirs were quite flat.

Cute 2-level rooms in S. Yarmouth Motor lodge
We enjoyed this motel and its proximity to Route 28, as well as biking to Windmill Beach on Bass River (0.5 mile away) as well as the beach at Smuggler's Inn on the ocean (1 mile). Conviently located near several restaurants (Pancake Man, McDonald's, Sam's Seafood). The only negative was the terrible wifi connection .. a problem for us.
