"Small roach crawling across bathroom floor. Sheets were not very clean. Bathroom only had 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Cleanliness overall wasn't the best. "

"Property is sufficient if you are just needing a place to stay for a night. There’s not much sound proofing so you hear every little thing. Our toilet would not flush down all the way, but we had a second room so we just used that bathroom and let front desk know when we left. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean. The property served its purpose for what we needed for the one night. "

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have an issue with billing. I thought I had booked a 3 night stay but apparently I had only booked 2 nights. After the 2nd night, we had been out most of the morning. When we returned, the person at the desk alerted us that we should have checked out by 11. She stated that she had tried to call us and was unsuccessful so she used our credit card on file to bill us another day. I was not told that the price would be higher and i did not receive a receipt. The next morning we checked out. Again, I was not given a receipt. It was only after I got home and received an email that I realized I was charged more than double what i originally paid for the room. Had I known this, I would have went elsewhere! I should have been told that there was a huge price increase."
