For 300 dollars a night my room came with a VERY stiff mattress. There was almost no lighting which made it hard to see at night and the ac doesn’t go below 70° even if set to 68°

Originally when we went to check-in and was told our room was ready, we went and it was still unclean so we went downstairs and dealt with a very apologetic kind, patient front desk person who offered us an upgrade, which was fantastic.
