Had an amazing 5 night stay here, great value for money and in a great location. Bung the owner is great, helped us organise different activities and transport for a great price.

Very well appointed rooms and very clean ,Charlie keeps the room in as good a condition as he would his own home and the maid not only does an excellent job of the rooms but also the outside area as well. The rooms are large with a nice modern bathroom. I liked the large outside deck area as well with my own table and sunlounger perfect for morning coffee or an evening beer or just to relax. The place is great and feels more like a hotel than a hostel, not noisy or busy at any time. Tin is an absolute pleasure and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. The plunge pool is a welcome addition and the reviews about the restaurant next door are accurate, it is amazing and the staff are great.

Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Great location just off rawai beach and near a 7/11, room was cleaned daily and staff were so helpful with any questions we had

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....

Lovely little guesthouse in an okay location. If you rent a motorbike it's not far from most attractions. Rooms were clean and comfy. They also had free water refills.

Chez Charly has to be one of the most hospitable places we stayed. Charly and mod treated us like family from day one showing us the best local places to eat and also arranged and helped with our activities with no extra charge or surplus. Genuinely one of the most amazing places I and phee have stayed at. Charles has the most riveting stories to tell also

This is an exceptional hotel. It is managed meticulously by the wonderful Ms Chin, a kind, caring and helpful lady. On check-in I was given a delicious welcome drink and on Chinese New Year’s Day I was very kindly given a traditional gift. My immaculate 3rd floor room (301) was spotlessly clean, well appointed, bright and sunny.
