The insulation was awful. We could hear everything going on above us. It sounded like they were stomping and moving furniture. When the air conditioner kicked on you had to turn the tv up quite a bit to hear it

Great room, great staff. The only negative was they only had a small, single service elevator running, which made it cumbersome to get back and forth to the room. Overall a good stay and would stay again, once the elevator issues are resolved.

"Everything was great except for the pool side chairs. They were not comfortable at all. Some chairs were very small and were too low to the ground. Not for the elderly or people of size. There should be more of a variety of seat options offered. The showers also do not have very much water pressure. ..."
