"Great location in the park, very spacious room, modern furniture. Some issues with cleanliness (stained bed sheets and bra found behind the armchair) and bathroom facilities (slow bath tub drainage and musty shower curtains). Not an issue, but a microwave would have been nice. Polite and courteous staff."

"Staff was nice at check in. Had an issue with the heater in the room and the coffee maker being broken. Went to have dinner at 7:30 since the check in staff said restaurant was open until 9. They closed early because, according to them, they had just served a big group. We were told to go to the bar restaurant. The food was bad and our waiter hardly acknowledged us. Gift shop was cute. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price but it is close to the Grand Canyon."

"No designated parking for hotel guests, had to circle around the large one-way loop several times before finding a spot and having to carry our luggage over to the building. Why don’t they give designated parking for those staying the night? "
