Although the hotel was very nice, the staff was the best part for our experience there. They were always there with excellent advice and help. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill.

The TV signal was a bit annoying. Kept going out and then after a few seconds, would come back. Since we were watching a football game, it was a bit irritating. Kudos to the breakfast staff who kept things well stocked and were courteous and friendly. The heat was a bit finicky. Difficult to get ...

This hotel was brilliant, its location is next to the Galleria but the hotel itself is great, facilities are excellent. What makes this hotel even better are the staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
