The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and to my delight, I had a pool right in front of my room, which made the experience even more special. "The pictures advertised on expedia.com were a lot different than reality. Bunk bed was not safe and our kids could not use it. Room quality, furniture etc were far from what we had seen on pictures"

"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. Could not do enough for you. 5 stars from me. "

"In need of an upgrade/ renovations Door handle hot to open, ants at entry and bathroom We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive. Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre. These could have been set up by the pools or beach. TV wasnt working, air conditioning weak Good size room Once again definitely needs renovating"
