"The staff seemed bothered by guests. The facility is dated and areas were visibly neglected and dirty. No hotel info in the room. The worst part- the hotel had no water from 11p-8a due to construction. No warning to guests and no credit or refund. No way to flush toilets, wash hands, or shower, and still charged full price. Breakfast wasn’t an option as they had to close. Terrible experience. Horrible service. "

"Room was small but clean. I would have given higher rating but the people in the room next to us kept us awake till midnight and we had to get up at four am for a flight. I closed the door softly when leaving but part of me wanted to close it making noise!"

"The room was fine, bed good and comfy, pretty standard. But the hot tub wasn’t functioning, the highway noise was enough to bother us, and the breakfast was pitiful. It was bagels, bread, packaged cereal, tiny muffins, and hot oatmeal. That’s it. No fresh fruit, yogurt or hard boiled eggs. There were hot plates on the counter but nothing in them. They might be better on the weekends, but we won’t be back."

"Had a 3 night stay and returned to a clean room except the 2nd night the cleaning staff forgot the dirty towels."

"The room was very clean, staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, pool and hot tub was great! I would suggest not having a room facing the pool as it was very loud until 10pm. Which was understandable since at any given time there were 15-20 kids in the pool. Staff was excellent ! Room was showing signs of age but still clean and comfortable. We will be back! "
