We chose to stay on pool side but the guest decided to party at the pool and were extremely loud and was unable to get a good night sleep. "I liked the location of this hotel. It was right next to the convention center which was helpful, since I was in town for a conference. I liked that they had breakfast as well. Which a lot of hotels in the area didn’t. However those were the only good things about this hotel. About 1/2 the staff were very friendly and helpful. The other 1/2 acted like I was an inconvenience when I was asking for help. My first night there was a bug crawling up the wall of my room. I smashed it and took it to the front desk and got: it’s a bug. They said they sprayed my room down the next day. Not sure they did since my last night I saw another of the same bug. I’m not 100% sure what the bugs were. I’m unsure if they were there due to the location. The fact the front doors stayed open all day and most of the night or a cleanliness problem. Everything felt like it had a surface level clean and not a deep deep clean that everything desperately needed. Overall my stay was fine. Since I was so busy with the conference I basically was only there to sleep and shower. But I wouldn’t rush to stay there again. "
