Beware

Management was very understanding. With that being said, we were refunded after we were bitten by bed bugs from head to toes. This cut our trip very short and we had to go to the laundromat and wash and dry everything before moving to a hotel around midnight. We once again stopped at the laundromat at our hometown scared to bring anything home. My wife turned out to be allergic to the bites and is currently still not back to normal, the swelling is very significant. Again, management was understanding and let us know they will be hiring a pest control company. You risk this happening anywhere really, it just really sucks in many ways that we were so affected by this health wise and money wise. The refund didn’t cover for the doctor visit, medication, flight arrangements or laundromat expenses, not to mention a totally ruined vacation.
