Very rude people working . Almost none of the amenities work. You can tell they are struggling as all of the stuff was branded from other recently closed hotels . Rooms weren’t clean . Shouldn’t have to clean when I first check in. To check in 10 minutes early is an extra $30 . Can’t wait in the parking lot to check in either you gotta go park somewhere else or it’s trespassing even tho I had a reservation . The people that spoke Spanish got better treatment and smiles while I did not receive the same service

The pictures online do not represent the condition of the Hotel. There was a roach next to the dresser that we had to kill and in fear of getting bed bugs on us, we slept on the comforters for fear of getting bed bugs on us… the pool is not clean and the whole place looks dirty. When we explained the situation to the manager he didn’t try to help, he flat said there was no refund! and he refused to give us his name!
