"Rooms and facilities were gorgeous, of course! Good very expensive. Pool was divine - sunny and shady areas, infinity edge, two hot tubs!! Sloth Garden Tour was the best ever! Lots of wild sloths, fabulous guides who help yo take iPhone photos with their scopes!! Great private truck tour - guide Katherine knew where everything lives, and took us right to them. Not much walking, exciting spotting, excellent photos!! Fishing tour through Botanika was much better than one we booked in...

"The large rooms with spacious decks were great for just lounging outside to chill or read. Staff was supper friendly and helpful with all our questions and booking a couple tours and places to eat, get a massage and nail appointment. "

"Although the location is a little out of the way, about 5km up the mountain on a rocky road, the view was amazing! Rooms were clean and employees were helpful! We had a little trouble with the ac but they were very attentive and brought fans right away until we got it squared away. They also helped with activity recommendations and bookings. We had in room massages that were awesome! "
