The room was extremely comfortable with nice beds and a wonderful view of the coast. The morning breakfast was one of the best that I have encountered at a hotel. ""Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! All staff were friendly, the upgraded room (a 1 bedroom suite with balcony) was perfect. The breakfast was great (a Best Western tradition). We will be back."
