The front desk staff were friendly during check-in and check-out, parking was easy, and the atmosphere was great! Especially, there was a campfire where we could roast marshmallows and make s'mores, which was fun and delicious! Although the campfire was supposed to close at 10pm, they kindly allowed us to stay for about 10 more minutes. We really appreciated it!

It was very unfortunate that our room was very dirty. It is obvious that the people that were there before us had went to the beach. They were sand all over the floor the bed and the restroom re-arrived laid at night. The next day I went to the front desk and let them know they apologize and got it clean. They have very limited dining menu and drink menu. No Security, And limited lighting.

The property staff and management were amazing.. our vacation came to end due to an accident, but the staff were able to work with us while at the hospital.. Im for ever grateful! God bless them!!

A nee favorite spot. This place slows down time which allowed our vacation to feel longer than it was. This was a great benefit when we did not have time really to take a vacation. Love they have a kitchen area with microwave and dishes. Love the samore's kit that came with our room, and love the lounge area. The rooms are simple which really helps one to slow down. Lots of bonding with my teenager. Thank you.

I stay at the Coachman every.single.time I go to Tahoe. Love this place, it is super cozy and very cute in the winter. The nightly s'mores and holiday themed drinks at the bar rock and the reception area has the best vibe for a chill evening with friends - board games provided and all. Just love it.

For the price, I didn't feel like the room was up to par - the bathroom was hard to navigate around the door as I was closing it and the upgrades weren't as professional looking as I would expect.

First, it’s not a bad hotel. The amenities seems pretty good however the hotel had hair in the shower once we arrived. The pamphlet said to download an app to get room service. App was nonexistent. Second day house keeping came however some towels weren’t taken/replaced.

While we frequently communicate with guests via SMS messaging, I do feel there must have been a miscommunication as The Coachman does not utilize an alternate communication application for in-house guests. Bit of construction woke me up, no worries as they did say they are remodeling areas. Our room was super cute one cozy ! Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. 10/10 do recommend!

I stayed during a Blizzard. It was the best experience I've ever had. The place was very peaceful, they have a little worming chimney inside where you can enjoy family games or just chill with a cup of hot coco or coffee. The place is very central and you can go even walking to stores or dining places. Rooms are very clean and fresh smelling. I will go back again!

Don't stay there tiny rooms
Very tiny room and poorly barely functional fridge. TV randomly turned on in the middle of the night. Must be a other guest trying to watch TC close by. There was no table to speak of to put anything anywhere. Very poor value. No microwave in the room either.

The cutest hotel! I can’t wait to go back to Tahoe in warmer months and stay there again. They had s’mores every night from 7-9! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great bar selection as well.

Overall this hotel was very cute and family oriented however a few things just made it average and not great enough to come back. Upon check in the receptionist was very short, not very welcoming. The staff did not inform of us of anything going on at the hotel- s’mores, breakfast hours, pool hours and amenities. The room shampoo and soap dispensers did not work and the shower water was always luke warm. Probably wouldn’t come back for the price

Walking distance to Heavenly Village which has tons of restaurants. They have free s‘mores at night, the pool is heated. There’s a kitchen with free coffee and hot chocolate. But they have poor customer service. Front desk advised she will text us when room was ready but never did. When we returned and I mentioned she never texted us, she totally ignored what I said. Front desk person also talked to another guest stating she’s the only one working there that morning and was banging dishes in the kitchen. There’s a bar but drink options were limited. No toilet paper in the room. Overall, the staff were not friendly. This place is overrated.

The staff was rude and had an attitude, maybe because it was Christmas Day there was only one staff that was nice which was the manager. The room overall was good though no complaints there.
