Top South Lake Tahoe Hotel Reviews
Quality Inn South Lake Tahoe
8/10 Good
"Excellent location"
Hotel Azure
10/10 Excellent
"Location, views, convenience, pool/hot tub, clean room were best features. Very friendly staff!"
The Americana Village
8/10 Good
"Room was clean and property was very quiet. It was within walking distance within several local businesses. My wife and I really enjoyed Basecamp Beer Garden and Three Pines Coffee while we stayed. We didn't realize the place didn't have air conditioning until after we arrived, but opening the window at night with a fan in the window helped a lot."
3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club
10/10 Excellent
"Great property for a family! Enjoyed our stay"
The Coachman Hotel
8/10 Good
"Overall decent stay, though there is room for improvement. Pros: Room was clean, AC worked well, bed was comfortable. Lobby coffee was tasty, as were complimentary s’mores. Location is excellent. Pool and hot tub were nice (jets are so-so). Cons: Photos show a small dining type table and chairs, but these were not present in the room. This corner only had a weird, sad lamp in it. The nightstands were plain metal without any shelves (as shown in some photos). There was a small amount of space to set things on either side of the TV, as well as shelving and one free cabinet below it (the other had the refrigerator). The cabinet door opened one direction, and the refrigerator door opened the opposite direction, which was annoying. There is nowhere to set or hang anything in the shower whatsoever - you have to set it on the floor. When I first arrived my TV remote would turn the TV on and off and control volume, but nothing else. They sent someone to fix it, and he did appear to do so, with some effort - I was able to change channels, etc…but then later when I tried to turn the TV off, I could not. I attempted to google workarounds/ways to program the remote myself/control it with my phone…but the hotel blocks all of them, apparently. There are no recycling bins in the rooms, but there are in the parking lot."
