"Booked a double room with sofa as we were 2 friends travelling so 1 could sleep on the sofa as we had in other places on our journey. Rang to confirm & the landline was dead. My friend found a mobile & called speaking to the owner who said he’d speak to the staff & sort then call us back to confirm. ..."
