Suite was comfy even if needed updates (furniture was a bit beat up). Good mattresses, great breakfast buffet, pool is small and hot tub was out of order (but there was no sign saying so); still, great spot for an overnight stop with kids and pet!

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Hill is going through a renovation. With that being said, the hotel was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I have a gluten intolerance and for the past couple of months my husband and I have been moving from Upstate New York to Central Florida, and this was our final journey to Florida they were the only hotel that actually had gluten free pastries that I could have! There were only two hiccups while we were there but when we told the staff they were going to let the management know immediately. We would stay there again if we were in the area. The hotel by the looks of the work that was being done is going to look amazing!

Booked this room last minute while driving home from NY to Georgia. Establishment was convenient from interstate & clean despite ongoing construction. I was extremely impressed that the receptionist had the main door locked upon our arrival, as it was 12:30AM, but she promptly unlocked it when I rang the bell. Shower was hot, bed was amazing, but the best part was the well stocked coffee bar in the lobby, offering tea, hot chocolate, coffee & assorted creamers & sugars. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay.

It was fantastic Miss Chrissy at the front desk for the evening shift checked us in and she even gave our two fur babies a treat. Definitely going to be staying there again everybody was so nice and polite and the breakfast was wonderful.
