"Our trip was a disaster because we lost our dog. BUT this hotel's staff was 100 out of 10. They helped look for him on their off hours. Posted fliers. Allowed us to print fliers. And offered a reward. When we were down they helped lift our spirits. NOW, on to the room. These guys work hard. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with appliances. Anything we needed. This hotel was always full. Every night!"

"Got in around 6pm and had a warm welcome from Kevin, the owner. Very pleasant setting and very quiet. We stayed in a family cabin with bunk bed for kids. Their room got very toasty overnight with the heat set around 70F because we had their door closed. The whole place was so clean and well-stocked with kitchen dishes and utensils, even some coffee in case you forget to bring your own. Their was virtually no sound besides the trees, the occasional deer walking past, and the distant river all night. The gas stove is the old style that will flow gas without being lit, so make sure your kid doesn't turn a burner on for several hours like our kid did!"
