"Location needs security, transient person walking around hotel with large lump on his head like he was in a fight, breakfast staff tried to alert front desk but 3 hours later he was back, guess I did not need anything else for breakfast that day, was woken up about 2am to a sound like a door slamming or gun shot, could not sleep the rest of the night. "

"The tv didn’t work and when I called to get it fixed they said there was nobody there to fix it and didn’t offer me another room I was told I’d have to live with it"

"We had a two bedroom suite. It was nice but nothing over the top. Front desk staff was nice. "

"First..the staff was excellent. However, we specifically chose this property for the pool, jacuzzi and restaurant/bar. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. Property offered to shuttle us to a different property if we wanted. Next, the bar didn't open until 5pm......Next, the property was pretty run down for an "Embassy Suites". Turned off and will not stay again."

"Property Entrance was perfect fine but once I went to my unit while doing the virtual check in my code didn't seem to work and the door wouldn't open I requested a new code a few minutes later and still the door wouldn't open I had force the door open to let myself in. And as far as privacy in the unit I find it very frustrating and upsetting that you cant enjoy family time inside the unit know laughter, talking, and family fun they consistently send you text messages saying that we are to loud. How are you suppose to enjoy family time when your being monitored in your own unit that u paid for a family vacation. And to top it off we had arrived on a Tuesday and checked out on a Sunday and was never told or nor they had any notification that the pool was closed we had to find out by somebody in the area when we asked where the pool was and was told that its been closed for over a month and it would be back open on Friday. Lack of communication and privacy from these apartments."

"The kitchen is not fully equipped. You have buy the pots, coffee maker, and, dinnerware from them. You have to requested extra pillows and blanket. The parking is free and good. The room is very clean."
