Great hotel for families. Great pool for the kids on the floor level and pool for parents on the roof top. Outdoor pool bar closes a little earlier that we would have liked but overall a good experience.

Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again .

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, from the front desk to all other services. Ella and Nino were amazing—very attentive and truly made our stay so pleasant. The facility is a bit outdated, but we were told that updates are in progress. Overall, everything was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.
