I'm not going to lie, I was a bit unsure about staying here as I'm not at all religious. However, I went ahead as other reviewers said similar. It was great value for money and set in stunning surroundings, so I "gave it a go". And I'm really pleased that I did. What a lovely property on absolutely stunning surroundings. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. And did I mention the stunning scenery?!

Reasonably new hotel. Very friendly welcome from the staff on front desk upon arrival. Good gym facilities. Room was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Would recommend.

Three-night short break at The Broadmoor was the ideal R&R. Plenty to do and see, or just relax by the pool. Wide choice of food options. The whole food cafe was TOP NOTCH for choice, food quality and service. Two reservations prevented 5* review across the board - quality of the sushi in the Play cafe (attached to the bowling alley) was poor - a huge surprise given the high quality food elsewhere on campus. And no-one told us in advance that Sunday breakfast was not available in the Lakeside...

Large, bright, airy rooms. Excellent quality bed linens and toiletries

We were given plenty of information from the owners prior to arrival, and from the outset it was evident that the service level was excellent. Room was clean and immaculately serviced on a daily basis. Couldn't fault anything. The breakfasts were exceptionally good, and each morning was a treat. We stayed for five nights. There were lots of extra's ... Nice little touches that made the whole stay a little more personal. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again . In fact it...

Wonderful boutique resort - cannot wait to visit again

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff.

Lovely resort, fantastic views over Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Really well maintained and good location for exploring surrounding area.

Check in was efficient. Received the type of room requested and although it faced the road we did have view of Pikes Peak and it was quiet. The room was spacious with microwave and fridge. Aircon worked well. We used the pool once and it was refreshingly cool. Breakfast was a typical American breakfast choice. No concerns or issues. Would recommend staying here. Note it is a little way from the main historic part of Manitou Springs where parking bus and issue.

Clean, spacious room with fridge - which was extremely noisy. Housekeeping was every other day. Good breakfast & the room was kept clean & tidy

Love the place staff Kimberly and Mel did a super job I love them they are so great!! God bless them. Room was amazing accepting dogs great view and super comfy bed and pillows. The car park was not so good as you had to pay which was ridiculous. Other than that it was amazing I highly recommend kindship landing! God bless them all
