Things initially got off to a rough start but seriously improved to make the overall stay a good to very good one. It was 10 pm when we checked in after 20 hours of international travel. When I turned down the bed, sheets were wrinkled and a pair of dirty socks were found…obviously, this bed had not been cleaned. But management were appropriately horrified and the room was spotlessly cleaned the next day and we were given a free night at the hotel. Excellent parking, lovely pool with nice greenery all around it, free coffee in the mornings in the lobby, well equipped exercise room, safe and well located near local colleges and university/hospital.

Very friendly reception (they handed me roses for Mother’s Day!), plus warm chocolate chip cookies! Special touches count. A very nice, affordable stay in a clean, comfortable hotel.

Very good option if you’re visiting UVM since it’s right next to the university. Not much dining options but staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s very well located like 7 minutes from the airport and easy to go in and out. Room was very clean and comfortable and bathroom was very nice.

It was my first time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient. I would have liked to have had a hot tub/spa available. My only complaint is the employees at the front desk were not very friendly or informative. I felt rushed through check in, and didn’t get any explanation of where things were located, where to park, or what amenities were available. I had to ask several questions, and didn’t feel like she wanted to answer or possibly didn’t know the answers.

The hotel is very convenient. The pool is OVER chlorinated to the point my husband’s eye got a chemical burn. The house keeping staff took my grandson’s 40.00 he left on his nightstand and a pair of cheap earrings . Granted, they could have mistaken the money for a “tip” but when management never got back to me, it left a bad taste. The breakfast is ok. The lunch menu at the pub was pretty good!

They were doing deep cleaning when we checked in and there were hoses running through the lobby, floors were wet. I get the need to clean, but it seemed a little dangerous as people had to step over hoses to get to the counters. Had to wait a while to get checked in.

Great place to stay for the eclipse. There's a bus stop at the corner that will take you into downtown Burlington. The property is also very nice, with two restaurants, a gym, and a pool. The hotel room had a refrigerator.
