Make sure you miss the flood under the railway bridge on the approach to the hotel. It's very deep and has been there for ages. The A 38 is very noisy.

The room, and general upkeep was top notch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Smallest issue: The shower was not great. The water pressure was not ideal.

Very good. However no hot water. That was the only fault. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent staff, room was good enough, bed very soft and could do with an uplift, some bits looked dirty because they were old and dated, rips in furnishings, limescale all over towel rail. Stayed here before and view is awesome but the apartment is showing signs of wear and tear, dirty grout in bathroom tiles , shower connector broken and you had shower option only not bath, shower head dripped all night, sink plug all corroded, no dishwasher , kettle full of limescale,bed sinks in ...

The village was disappointing, looked very neglected and very small.
South Brent doesn’t have much to offer but a good base to explore the area
Very attractive little town. Some interesting shops and friendly people!
Only drove to hotel then visited other places around the area.
