"Very nice, cozy and 99% of my experience was excellent. The other 1% was not so great. I went to the front desk multiple times in the course of an hour to return a hairdryer that shorted out. The desk attendant was on the the phone screaming at someone and didn't acknowledge me. Once he was done screaming, he curly took the hairdryer and was extremely rude. I do want to give kudos to Nancy at the front desk, who was warm, friendly and so welcoming when we checked in. There cleaning staff was outstanding and our room was immaculately clean! Great little hotel, and would absolutelt recommend friends."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, A/C worked great and clean pool. Parking was hard to get in and out of spaces due to small parking lot and more than a few spaces were marked off with large cones as not useable. My grandchildren and I only stayed one night after a long day at the beach, so it served our purpose and close to Lighthouse Pizza we picked up and Sunrise Restaurant for breakfast buffet the next morning."

"The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B good and not fair was because of the Inn Keeper. He was amazing!!! He’s only there in the mornings but he makes a wonderful breakfast, was extremely knowledgeable on the area and the history it contains. Without him, this is not a place I would recommend."
