"Lovely team (Lauren was especially helpful on the phone when booking), warm welcome on arrival & super room with an amazing view of the Abbey & Tor. Very comfy bed & good bathroom facilities. The location is very central which is a great plus but this does inevitably mean a bit of traffic noise but we still slept well. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location - right in the centre of Frome (Market Square). Welcoming staff. Good value and tasty meals. Our room was clean and well equipped. The only downside was the noise from the kitchen extractor fan was loud when our window was opened (hot day). Fortunately, the noise stopped when the kitchen closed, so did not affect sleeping."

"The hotel is lovely, very attractive main entrance and lobby. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and overall it was very clean in the room and public areas. The spa facilities were really good, we loves the courtyard with the large hot tub. Only small grumbles about the room were the lack of curtains and no decaf coffee, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was modern and clean. The bistro food and hot drinks are very overpriced for what they are, a salad with a very small amount of topping were £15 and a small cup of coffee was £5. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would go back."
