Amazing oasis - a very special place. The photos don’t do it justice. Great hammam experience too. Wish we could have stayed longer

Woody 25 Oct (3 days ago) to me This was our first time to Morocco and after reading lots of articles and reviews, we decided to have a quiet holiday outside of Marrakesh. With my wife, two children and my Mother-in-law (who decided to come after we had already booked the room for 4) , we did not want our first experience of Morocco to be continual harrasment from jewelry men and henna ladies. After much research, we settled for the Top Hotel Ourika in the Ourika valley, on the way up...

Beautiful location! Easy walking distance to the gorge. Fantastic views from the terrace across the valley. Walk could be a bit far with heavy luggage but perfectly ok with backpack or light wheelie. Staff helpful and friendly. Food decent!

I have just come back from a 7 night stay here and it was such a great experience. The staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and make you feel as if you have known them for years! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a cold fresh juice drink and lunch whilst we waited for our room to be ready! The entertainment was great everyday you have something to do and it was so much fun! I looked forward to the entertainment every night! The food was also good, I am a bit of a picky eater so...

Staff are great, with great Moroccan hospitality. It's more authentic than luxury. Its also in the local area, than down near the beach, which is about 20mins walk or 5 in a taxi. There's a supermarket across the road, you can buy alcohol downstairs but there is a bar in the hotel more for locals & a bit smokey. I have & would return again. Great price for a breakaway.

We had a fantastic week af Kasbah Africa at the end of March. The location is stunning with amazing views from both the rooms and the swimming pool and garden. A holiday here can be as active or as relaxing as you want it. There is genuine warmth & hospitality here. We were offered dinner in our room one night as it was pouring with rain, to save us braving the weather outside and we were even invited to try the staff's tagine one lunchtime. Thank you so much Redouan (the manager) and the Kasbah...

Had a pleasant stay, room was cleaned every morning and towels replaced. Clean toilets and floors. Hot shower and good water pressure. I didn't use the pool or the restaurant as I ate outside and frequented the beach (only 3 mins walk away). Plenty of food outside to chose from. Had an issue with the Aircon and they changed my room within 20mins.
