The apartment was well furnished, the kitchen well stocked with everything you'll need to cook a basic meal. The shops nearby had all the necessary items we needed from delicious fresh bread to fresh eggs. Would happily recommend bab el janoub to anyone looking for a budget friendly apartment while they explore ouarzazate.

What a stunning, little, authentic heritage hotel. We only stayed for 2 nights & we were wow’ed by the place. Perched on the top of a small hill this old fort has commanding views up and down the valley. They’ve done a stunning job on converting this Kasbar with so many thoughtful touches & traditional decoration. The pool & the gardens are tranquil & relaxed. So many lovely spots to sit & relax. And spotless. Both the inside and the grounds & gardens. This feels truly authentic...

Dar Amoudou

Ouarzazate

10/10 Excellent

We had only planned to stay one night but Dar Amoudou is an excellent choice. It can be a bit challenging to find it but it’s worth it. Ali, the owner is welcoming and goes out of his way to ensure your comfort. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very comfortable with great effort to satisfy our specific dietary requirements and a lovely view from the balcony. We enjoyed seeing both the sunrise and sunset from our balcony.
