"The hotel is lovely but could do with an update. Bathroom is very old and the beds are a bit lumpy. The food in the restaurant could be better than frozen veggies. With a bit of work it could be a fabulous hotel. "

The service is bit too formal- when we requested a dinner reservation we could not get the time we wanted and when we arrived a half hour after our requested time there were only two tables taken- it was empty. "Amazing place great room, two swimming pools good restaurant,if slightly limited menu but friendly staff Ideal for a trip to Evora which is about 15 miles away with good parking just outside town.also not far from a megalithica worth a vist but it is a long hike up the hill to see it."

"We stayed in this hotel for one night. It’s right in the heart of the wine region and we visited a vineyard before arriving for the night. Easy to park in the underground car park but there’s also plenty of parking on the street. Super easy check-in and offered drink as we arrived which was nice. The hotel has an indoor pool and some Thermo circuit spas which were great to relax in the afternoon and morning. Lovely breakfast with a good choice, including eggs Benedict. The bedroom was nicely decorated with a decent king-size bed that was very comfortable blackout blinds, large pretty windows. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel we opted to walk out to one of the local restaurants. There was plenty of choice."

"This is my go to spot when I visit Ponte de Sor. Have stayed here a few times now and can’t recommend enough. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating AAA "

"Other than extremely difficult and confusing arrangement of passage ways inside the hotel, our stay was very good. Fantastic bed, shower room, and view from our balcony. Excellent breakfast, easy registration and checkout added to our satisfaction. But that maze of hallways pulls our review down a notch."
