"Gorgeous properly and awesome staff. Beautiful views, first class hospitality and everyone is so accommodating and helpful. The only thing I would say is the wifi isn’t super reliable for working remotely if you have to do video conferences, but we made it work. The staff was willing to reset the router when I asked and helpful with so many other things. Truly an exceptional experience and our favorite stay of our trip. "

"From the day before I arrived, I tried numerous times to get in contact with this property owner to ask information about checking in and access. The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. I was worried whether this guest house was genuine and if I would be able to get last minute hotel/ guesthouse if I couldn’t access. "She was lovely and was eager to help but lets you do your own thing as well. Willing to drive for a cost, which was wonderful. Kind and thoughtful. A wonderful cook. "The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. It does get hot since there is only one A/C unit, fortunately in the bedroom. I had read another review mentioning roosters! Lol it’s true and they are no joke!! "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe studio and the views were beautiful. The quality of the furniture, cookware, bedding, etc. was excellent. The accommodations are exactly as they have described. "This is an alternative economic hotel, just to rest at night. It is located in a quit place with good view around. It does not give you all the amenities that you would expect from a big hotel, but it is very affordable, compared from other options. I had an issue with the internet, and they relocated me immediately. Very friendly owner."

"this was a disappointment , first off they left me a 1/4 roll of bathroom tissue with no extra and never brought anymore for 8 days . the place is old and tired ,the furniture is spent . the sofa had a smell ,i had to put bath towels on it to sit . the A/C in the room didnt work and it was hot . there wasnt any chest of drawers to unpack my bag . the hangers were also tired and spent . no one ever came by to see how i was doing or otherwise . even tho i sent a text of things that were missing...

"The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. The property is adequate in every way. A bit difficult to get to because the roads on the island aren’t good but it’s close to great snorkeling. People in soufrier are incredibly nice. It you prefer not to spend $2000 per nite at the resorts and are a bit adventurous this is a good option "
