Overbooked and no proper replacement

I had ordered a room in the hotel with at least Wifi. They ran out of rooms and tried to save the situation by offering us a cottage. The cottage had a terrible bad smell and there was no internet (Wifi) connection. Breakfast was terrible, instant coffee, only croissants, no proper bread and only one cheese and ham. Because they had overbooked we had to explain why we were at the breakfast, for cottage users there is no breakfast. But we payed for it, so after some discussion we could stay, but it's embarrassing.

Struttura datata. Le foto non rappresentano la situazione reale. Condizioni igienico sanitarie del ristorante mancanti, si mangia in mezzo a mosche e vespe. Area attrezzata nella spiaggia in decadenza totale. Non ci sono tutti i servizi reclamizzati.

Hôtel à éviter nous y avons séjourner juste une nuit pour prendre le ferry à Porto Torres. Hôtel sale, personnel incompétent, nous avons dû patienter jusqu’à 16h pour avoir notre chambre. Tout est fermé entre 13h et 16 dans l’hôtel dont la piscine qui n’est accessible qu’avec un bonnet alors qu’à l’extérieur !!! Une vraie comédie !!

Sejour pas adapté si l'on veut de la tranquillité. Repas assez decevant,meme pas de desserts variés;des prunes seulement. Des serviettes qui sont aussi fines que des torchons. Et le pire chambre avec une clim qui ne fonctionnait pas et dont a l'accueil ils nont rien pu faire pour nous mis a part me dire la maintenance viendra demain. Impossible de sendormir... la seule chose qui est bien cest qua notre arrivee le personnel etait accueillant.

La stanza e in decadenza,pannelli controsoffotto in fibra con macchie di muffa,la televisione e montata a parete di taglio rispetto al letto quindi non si poteva vedere,tavoletta del water staccata,wi-fi mai funzionano,il ftigorifero rotto,un giorno trovata porta della stanza senza mandata,saponi nulla,colazione macchinetta da prendere solo acqua calda x il te,fatto solo mezza pensione e menomate,gli ultimi 2 giorni chiusura della piscina x manutenzione,il resto tutto bello

Péssimo Hotel

Pior experiência de sempre numa estadia. 2ª Semana de Junho e já era impossível encontrar um lugar para estacionar o carro - estacionamento sem vigilância onde qualquer um acede á area do hotel. Sem artigos de higiene no WC, fomos á recepção pedir - resposta - apenas fornecem no dia de chegada. Toalhas de WC são panos básicos sem qualquer semelhança com uma toalha de banho. Pequeno almoço não existe - sem pão, fiambre, queijo, etc, nunca vi um pequeno almoço só com leite, café, croassants e pacotes de tostas e bolachas. Sem qualquer isolamento, ouve-se tudo o que se passa impedindo o descanso. Impossível recomendar alguém ficar alojado neste hotel. Estive 7 noites na Sardenha e felizmente apenas 3 noites neste hotel, sendo que os outros superaram largamente as expetativas ficando ao mesmo preço, por isso cada euro gasto neste hotel é excessivo para o que nada oferece! (sem qualquer sinal de acesso WI-FI nem mesmo nas áreas públicas)

para dos dias bien .. el hotel muy lleno ... aparcamiento enorme por Zonas en un pinar pero casi imposible aparcar ...tele antigua igual q la habitación.. ducha agua fria depende de la hora q te duches .. el hotel esta bien tiene dos piscinas y la palya con sombrilla y hamacas q te dan.. spa entrada libre...la comida normalita pero abalanchas de gente como em las rebajas aunque reponian amenudo y comes.. sentarte en la terraza para tomar algo después de cenar imposible.. piscina obligatorio gorro de baño spa igual... el sitio es guapo aunque no volvería... desayuno apañado ... me gusto el sitio las instalaciones la playa con las hamacas gratis y q te asignen tu mesa durante toda la estancia alrededor no hay nada necesitas coche para ir al pueblo 10 km en general bien .

UNA Y NO MÁS, NO VAYÁIS NUNCA A ESTE HOTEL!

No tengo la costumbre de publicar ni valorar hoteles al terminar mi estancia porque normalmente salgo más o menos satisfecho, pero esta vez lo haré. En primer lugar decir que elegimos este hotel porque era de lo poco que quedaba cuando nos decidimos ir a Cerdeña (la isla vale muuuuucho la pena). Empezaremos por la llegada al hotel, Español ni idea, inglés ni idea, nos aclaramos y nos dieron la habitación.. Lo único que cabe destacar fue la limpieza de la habitación, el hotel como bien se puede apreciar en las fotos está viejo y la habitación se puede mejorar la decoración pero era aceptable. Lo que era la piscina y la playa del hotel estaban bastante bien, el único 'pero' que en la piscina te tienes que poner gorro de baño.. Por las noches había música a toda castaña en el hotel que sonó hasta aproximadamente la 1 de la mañana (menos mal que teníamos la planta 3). Lo siguiente.. el desayuno.. bueno por llamarl desayuno... café (malisimo), zumo (aun más malo que el café y en vaso de plástico), croisant (a la altura del zumo), huevo duro, jamón de york y queso (del barato en lonchas, con todo el respeto al queso de lonchas), eso es el desayuno buffet de este hotel una VERGÜENZA. El colmo, día 2 y tras regresar al hotel, en la habitación no teníamos jabón porque lo habíamos gastado el día anterior, vamos a recepción a decir que se han olvidado.. y nos dicen que 4 jabones nos dan el primer día, si 4 jabones para 5 días!!!! RESUMIENDO NO VAYAIS A ESTE HOTEL. TODO UNA VERGÜENZA!!

Vacanza serena e piena di divertimento la struttura presente possibilità attività sportive di diversa natura forse quello che manca è la presenza di un campo multi sport con pallavolo e basket e calcetto magari toglendo un campo da tennis. Animazione competente e valida Spiaggia confortevole magari necessita di una pulizia maggiore

Un espanto. Horrible. No recomiendo nada.

El personal sólo habla italiano. Intente con inglés español y portugués y sólo miraban mal y respondían en su idioma sin ningún esfuerzo porque los entienda. Rancios y poco gentiles. Muchísimo ruido y fuerte, a la siesta y a la noche. No se podía descansar en paz. La cama más dura en que jamas dormi. No había wifi. El desayuno espantoso, unos croissant secos, pan viejo, y resto de productos de muy mala calidad. Personal poco amable. Limpieza deficiente. Las reposeras de playa en más de un 50% rotas.

Dårligt hotel

Sengene var dårlige, aircondition var defekt og manden var den samme hver dag og der var ikke nok til alle og den var ikke god. Hotellet ligger lige ved stranden som er meget fin og og med 2 gode pools. De taler meget dårligt engelsk og har svært ved at forstå hvad man siger. De kan kun italiensk. Det er ikke et sted jeg tager hen igen.

Lacking in management

Resort has had its day.. now an old hotel. No clear communication on anything. Had to load a prepaid piece of paper to buy anything at the bar; which they then forgot to tell me that they could not refund the difference when you check out. Also breakfast was average, toast, cheese slices and ham slices. Also apparently we have our own reserved tables for meals, which nobody told us about as we were asked to move while eating. Don't think pools were in order. The staff were friendly, just lacks management

Nice hotel, close to the beach

The male-staff is very nice, female less. The beds are not as good as they should be, room is ok, simple and very clean. Maybe it's possible to repear little things, like the button of the toilet. It's a pity, that the swimmingpools are closed most of the time. The people and location are very nice.

hotel decepcionante

El hotel es decepcionante en varios aspectos. Las habitaciones estan viejas y necesitan una buena restauración. La comida aparte de ser escasa, hay poca variedad. Hay un bufet de entrantes el cual muchas veces se acaba y tienes que estar esperando para que traigan. Hay dos primeros y dos segundos para elegir. Los primeros son pasta y los segundos, uno carne y otro pescado. Solo hay un postre para elegir. La limpieza del comedor no es todo lo buena que podria ser. El horario es muy corto, la comida de 12´45 a 14´00h, y la cena de 19´45 a 21´00h. Todo esto no es culpa de los trabajadores del comedor, ya que ellos hacen lo que pueden con los medios que tienen. Las instalaciones exteriores están bien, playa privada, 2 piscinas, auditorio, pistas tenis, futbol. Hay un gimnasio, muy justito y una zona de spa que para entrar tienes que pagar 5 euros cada día. La forma de pagar dentro de las instalaciones es mediante una targeta la cual tu vas ingresando dinero en recepcion y cuando consumes la entregas y de descuentan del saldo, tener cuidado porque si llega el último día y no has gastado todo no te devuelven el dinero, alucinante. El grupo de jovenes de la animación era muy buena y todo el día había diferentes actividades para realizar. Lo único que es todo encarado al turista italiano. Ëramos los únicos españoles en el hotel. Sólo hablan en italiano, no hablan ni español ni ingles.

A éviter, très décevant !

Je n'ai pas tellement apprécié cet hôtel. L'accueil a très mal commencé, une seule personne parlait anglais. Je n'ai eu aucune indication à part où se trouvait ma chambre. Dans la chambre le confort était très sommaire, le linge sentait mauvais le vinaigre. La climatisation inutilisable car trop bruyante. Le petit frigo était délabré. Il a fallu négocier une demi heure pour pouvoir dîner au buffet qui tenait plus de la cantine qu'autre chose. Le seul point positif était l'accès à la mer et la piscine (qui n'ouvre que 3h l'après-midi). Bref vous pouvez trouver bien mieux. Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit c'était amplement suffisant !
