"We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)"

"The staff are great and go out of their way to help you, the grounds are nice - lots of greenery, but the resort in not well maintained- during heavy rain, lots of parts of the building, including 2 of our rooms, got flooded. Also there's a very strong smell of sewer in some rooms that comes and goes. Additionally, the food handling is questionable as all 6 of us had tummy troubles at different points in our vacation, and when we watched the kitchen stuff handle raw and cooker food with the same...

"Had a holiday for 10 days in September for our honeymoon. Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff were excellent. Never returned to a hotel before but happily stay here again "

"The hotel was exceptional clean and tidy. The staff were fab, so very friendly. The choice of food and quality was good, but a bit to much of the same. The chice of eating places were good and food was always available. The choice of cocktails was excellent"

They would just give a new key card, which would only work once and tell me to go try it. The room was easily 500m away on a different floor. Being completely jerked around for 6 out 9 days the door mechanisms was finally replaced. But, it took me absolutely loosing my temper and start yelling before this was...

"Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved it and will definitely come back.""

"Vi blev väldigt väl omhändertagna och personalen var vänliga. Har rest mycket i Turkiet 🇹🇷. Personalen jobbar hårt och maten var mycket god."

"Everything was great. Of course there's always a room for improvement, like more information about entertainment, changing rooms on the beach etc. Nonetheless, the stay was very good"
